Order Processing
We strive to process orders within 24 hours of placement. However, it may occasionally take 2-5 business days.
Shipping provider
For Lithuanian orders we use LP Express or Omniva parcel locker service. You can mention the parcel box of your choice when ordering, otherwise we will choose the closest one to your delivery address.
We use AB Lietuvos Paštas (Lithuanian Post), Lithuania's primary postal service provider, for all European shipments.
Shipping Timeframes
- Lithuania: 2-5 business days.
- Europe: Typically 1-3 weeks

Parcel tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number to track it's arrival.
Return Policy
Customers have 14 days from receipt of items to request a return. Upon receiving returned items, we will inspect them. Items must be unused and in their original condition. The invoice is required for refund processing. Items returned in unsatisfactory condition will not be eligible for refund and will be sent back to the customer.
We advise using a secure or tracked shipping method for returns and retaining proof of postage. Items remain the customer's responsibility until received at our warehouse. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@exmateria.lt for the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges For the quickest resolution, we recommend returning the unwanted item and, once accepted, placing a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process We will inform you of the refund status after inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
