Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Include the original invoice with your return
Return Process:
- Contact us at info@exmateria.lt to initiate a return
- We'll provide the return address
- Ship the item back using a tracked service (e.g., recorded or special delivery)
- Keep your proof of postage
Important Notes:
- Returns undergo thorough inspection upon arrival
- We check for damage such as stains, tears, or signs of wear beyond the original condition
- Items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties
- Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you without a refund
Refund Process:
- We'll issue the refund the same day we receive and inspect the returned item
- The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method
- If you choose store credit, we will refund the full amount
- For cash refunds, a 10% fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and restocking costs
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
