Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Include the original invoice with your return

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@exmateria.lt to initiate a return
  2. We'll provide the return address
  3. Ship the item back using a tracked service (e.g., recorded or special delivery)
  4. Keep your proof of postage

Important Notes:

  • Returns undergo thorough inspection upon arrival
  • We check for damage such as stains, tears, or signs of wear beyond the original condition
  • Items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs and any applicable taxes or duties
  • Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you without a refund

Refund Process:

  • We'll issue the refund the same day we receive and inspect the returned item
  • The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method
  • If you choose store credit, we will refund the full amount
  • For cash refunds, a 10% fee will be deducted to cover payment processing and restocking costs
  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund

Special Circumstances:

  • Our vintage items may have signs of previous use, which we always strive to mention in the product description
  • If we've missed a serious defect or sent the wrong item, we'll cover the return shipping costs and process a full refund
